Milverton, Ontario – On Monday December 9th, Scott Steckly driver of the 22 Racing/Canadian Tire Dodge will head to Charlotte, NC as the 2013 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 Champion to celebrate their four win championship season. A week long list of activities will culminate with the NASCAR Night of Champions Touring Series Awards Banquet on Saturday evening December 14th.

Steckly will kick-off the week by placing the Canadian Tire Dodge in the NASCAR Hall of Fame where it will be on display for the week. Then it is off to a photo shoot with series Champions from the K & N East & West Pro Series, Whelan Euro Series and Toyota Series on Tuesday afternoon.

On Wednesday, Scott with his wife Penny will be guests at the Champions Breakfast to kick-off the day before Scott heads out on the Media Tour & Luncheon while Penny will take part in the Ladies Spa Day & Lunch. At 1:30 the 2013 NASCAR Home Track Champions Challenge presented by iRacing.com will take place at the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Autographs from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Champions iRacing versus fans and media at 4:00 p.m. and Champions iRacing feature race 4:50 p.m. followed by Awards. That night they will be hosted with other series Champions and guests at a dinner at the Hall of Honor at the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

Thursday will see Scott and his Crew Chief Randy Steckly attending the Mobil 1 Crew Chief Awards Luncheon at Stewart-Haas Racing.

Friday will be a day off to prepare for Saturday's events which will start with a Touring Grand Champion Breakfast followed by Awards Ceremony where contingency sponsor and special awards will be presented. The NASCAR Night of Champions Touring Series Awards banquet will be at the Charlotte Convention Center with dinner and Champion awards starting at 6 p.m.

"This is just an amazing week that NASCAR put together for the Touring Series Champions each year," said Steckly prior to departure. "We are treated like Royalty all week long, not just me but my wife Penny is included in all of the festivities. I am proud to be here to represent Canadian Tire and all of our sponsors including Sylvania, Mobil 1, Erb Group, Johnsonville & AW Millwrights. They all played a large part in getting us to this event. "
