Ottawa Ontario – Jonathan Finn is proud to announce a new partnership Human 2.0, a movement-based wellness and fitness facility located in Canada’s capital, Ottawa.

Through the Human 2.0 athlete’s program, Finn looks to ensure he’s in peak physical condition heading into the highly competitive 2018 RFME CEV Pre-Moto3 Championship racing season in Spain.

Human 2.0 trains everyone from the recreational sports participants to the elite high-performance athletes including top motorcycle racers. Visit www.humantwopointzero.com for additional information on all their programs.

Dr. Chris Raynor, MD is an orthopaedic surgeon and a sports medicine specialist with a passion for motorsports. He’s a member of the Ontario Race Physicians and has been an orthopaedic consultant to Clinica Mobile during various MotoGP events.

This past weekend Dr. Raynor and his staff evaluated Finn’s current fitness levels at their Ottawa-based fitness facility. Test results will assist in determining the most effective sports performance strategy.

The key areas that will be focused on are speed, agility, flexibility, diet, general strength, balance, power, reaction time with ongoing mobility training for injury prevention.

“The biggest limiting factor for all athletes is injury," Raynor said. “After all, you are only as strong as your weakest link. Our goal at Human 2.0 is to act preventatively by addressing the most vulnerable areas of the human body. From there, we build on the foundation of general body awareness and complex movement skill using mindful, detailed, and form-focused techniques.”

"On behalf of all the staff here at Human 2.0, we look forward to helping Jonathan prepare for his upcoming season in Spain. With solid physical, nutritional, and mental ground work, we are sure Jonathan will be positioned for a successful 2018 season.” Added Raynor

The 14-year-old Bushell Park, Saskatchewan native recently completed a full season in Spain earning five top-ten finishes and 11th overall in his inaugural RFME Campeonato de España de Velocidad National GP85/Moto4 season.

The RFME CEV Pre-Moto3 Championship visits circuits across Spain with races at famed circuits such as Motorland-Aragon, Barcelona-Catalunya, Jerez and Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia.

Later this year Canadian road racing fans may get to see Finn compete on few home tracks in the Canadian Superbike Championship’s new Light Weight class. Details to be confirmed early in 2018.

Jonathan is thankful for the support from Canadian Tire - Cobourg, Arai Helmet Americas, Bickle Racing, Impact Safe-T Armor, VnM Sport and Sidi Sport.
