Peterborough, Ontario – Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC) driver Kyle Tasker is proud to announce HJC Motorsports as his official helmet for the 2016 CTCC racing season.

Starting with racing radio controlled cars, to earning 2-stroke Karting Championships Tasker’s passion and determination has always driven him towards being the best he can be. In 2016, Tasker will drive the JDS Autosports race team’s #17 Hyundai Tiburon in the – Canadian Touring Car Championship in the Touring Class. Tasker’s achievements to date include: 2014 – 2nd Overall GT4 Class Championship and 2nd Overall in the GT Sprints Championship, 2013 – 3rd Overall in GT Sprints Championship GT5 Class, 2011 – Rotax Masters Karting Champion.
Tasker is also writing a blog for RaceCanada.ca documenting his pre-season fitness progress under the guidance of Human 2.0 to explore the question; Are Race Car Drivers Athletes?
As a proud “Laps for Muscular Dystrophy” (Laps4MD) driver Tasker has pledged to donate $1 for every lap he leads to Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
