London, England – After scoring points in the opening race weekend of the season at Monza in Italy, Canadian race car driver, David Richert, is setting his sights on another positive result at one of the world's most historic Grand Prix racing circuits...Silverstone.

The circuit of Silverstone is built on the site of a World War II Royal Air Force bomber station and is the current home of the British Grand Prix Formula 1 race. In fact, the 1950 British Grand Prix at Silverstone was the first ever race to be held in the then newly created Formula One World Championship.

This weekend's race event (May 22-24) will contain Races #3 and #4 in the highly competitive Formula Renault Northern European Cup (NEC) championship.

"This is going to be an exceptionally challenging race weekend for many different reasons, but it's also my first time at Silverstone, so I expect this will be a very demanding weekend for both myself and the race team." -David Richert

The NEC races this weekend will be streamed live at www.formularenault.tv and will also be available for viewing after the race. Refer to the schedule below for race times.

Live Timing of all sessions is available at www.blancpain-gt-series.com/live
