Once again, RaceCanada has produced our annual Racer's Guide To The Canadian International Auto Show in Toronto, but new for this year is it's video format.

Since we first started going to the show at the height of the economic down turn, things have, for the most part, picked up in terms of racing content, and this year is no exception with a number of racing cars and new models that we are sure will end up on the track, sooner or later, despite some serious “No comment” or “There is no racing story here” lines from those on the inside.

Unfortunately, some things haven't changed, we're looking at you BMW and Mercedes, with some of Canada's top international drivers being completely ignored by their Canadian divisions. Specifically DTM drivers Bruno Spengler and Robert Wickens, both top Canadian racing talents, are completely void of presence at the show. And unfortunately we can now add Kia to that mix, with no sign of Mark Wilkins in their booth and a lame excuse from a PR hack for the situation.

Also coming up here in the next couple of days will be interviews with Larry Holt of Multimatic talking about the Markham, Ontario based company producing the GT and his company's experience racing Mustangs, and a great, wide ranging interview with Nissan Canada's Director of Communications Didier Marsaud and driver Valerie Chiasson about the new Nissan Micra Cup series set to debut in 2015.

So join host Craig Robertson and enjoy our 6 minute motorsport tour of the show, and don't forget to get down to this year's show and see some of these great cars for yourself.

RaceCanada had a chance to talk to Director of Corporate Communications for Nissan Canada Didier Marsaud and driver Valerie Chiasson about the new Nissan Micra Cup.

RaceCanada caught up to Larry Holt of Multimatic at the 2015 Canadian International Auto Show to talk about the new GT being built in their Markham, Ontario facility as well as Multimatic's racing operations. Unfortunately, the official line at the show, straight from Larry Holt, is, at this point, there is no racing story for the GT. We can only hope that changes and that Multimatic will play a role.
