Thorold, Ontario – KC Auto Parts Victory Lane was a busy place May 22nd at Merrittville Speedway with double features for all Lucas Oil Weekly Karting Series Divisions after the storm delayed the previous week's action.

The Performance Manufacturing sponsored divisions saw three drivers sweep their division's features – brand new second generation rookie Aiden Lavallee, Tucker Wood and Dalton Slack in the Drummond Home Hardware Novice 1, RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1 and Ed MacPherson Construction Junior 2 Divisions respectively..

Other winners included Ryden Lapcevich, Tanner Bolduc, Trevor Wright, Austyn Werstroh, Corey Bodman and Tyler Winger.

Lapcevich and Bolduc are rookies in the Tim Phillips Garage KC Auto Parts Novice 2 Division and split the Feature Wins while Wright and Werstroh are also rookies in the Superior PetroFuels Junior Restricted Divisions.

Veteran Corey Bodman and rookie Tyler Winger shared Feature Wins in the Philbrick Farm & Garden Equipment Wilder Racing Engines Senior Animal Divisions.

The Cassell Manufacturing Senior Fun Class was not in competition..

Before Kart Racing continues Tuesday May 27th – a Kart Display and Demonstration will take place during CAA Niagara's Member Appreciation Night Saturday May 24th. Interested karters should contact the Speedway Office to reserve a spot.

On Tuesday May 27th - Gates open at 5 PM and Grandstand Admission is FREE. Racing begins at 7:00.
